CESRA: The Centre for Space Research and Applications (CESRA), the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria in collaboration with the African Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology Education in English (ARCSTE-E), Ile-Ife, Nigeria conducted training programmes on Satellite Tool Kit (STK) and the UNISEC Can Satellites from 6th - 9th May, 2013.
CCE:The Council of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) approved the Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) which commenced operation in October 2002. The Management Board under the Chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor regulates the entire Programme in the CCE.

STEPB: The problem of food security in Nigeria cannot be underscored. This arises not only as a result of food shortage, but due chiefly, to the lack of access to some important food items, which are needed for healthy living.
ITU:Industrial Training Unit is one of the Units under the Vice-Chancellor’s Office. It has the responsibility of coordination and administration of the Students’ Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) in the University.
CRC: The Computer Resource Centre (CRC) is the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) nerve centre of the University. It is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring an ICT driven environment based on current technology trends. It is a central service unit that provides ICT facilities for teaching, research and consultancy services within the University and to the outside world.
CERAD: CERAD, the Centre for Research and Development, The Federal University of Technology, Akure, was founded in 2003 as a Non-profit Organization Limited by Guarantee and it enjoys a tax-exemption status.
CRL: The concept of Central Research Laboratory in Nigerian Universities has been a response to the need to achieve cost-effectiveness in the provision of modern, expensive and state-of-the-art facilities, centrally, for qualitative instruction of both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and to enhance the quality of research in wide range of disciplines.
CRET: The Centre for Renewable Energy Technology (CRET) was established as an institute of excellence with a focus on developing innovative ideas and the human capacity to provide environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions to energy problems.
